Service providers and hosting

Updated 3 October 2026. This list distinguishes services used for the browser product from optional integrations. It does not claim a security certification for School360.

Vercel — application hosting

Serves the website and application requests. Requests may contain account and school data needed for the requested operation. Vercel’s global infrastructure and deployment region may process information outside Nigeria.

Neon — PostgreSQL database

Stores school, account, financial record and audit data. Current database location: AWS US East (Ohio). Application access uses school-scoped database controls.

Paystack — subscription checkout

Processes payments for School360 subscriptions, including payer email and payment details. School360 receives transaction references, payment status and amount. Parent online fee collection and automatic split settlement are not advertised as active services.

WhatsApp/SMS — awaiting school activation

A provider is connected during assisted onboarding. The provider identity and account arrangements must be confirmed with the school before activation; recipient numbers and message content are sent only through an enabled channel.

Optional AI — separate approval

Code supports OpenRouter and Jev AI. School approval and provider configuration are required. Keep real-school AI off until retention, processing location and contractual terms are reviewed. Schools can use rule-based features without hosted AI.

No separate MinIO, Redis or Sentry service is represented here as an active production processor. Contact support@myimpactai.org for changes or processing questions.
